Every product goes through a unique set of manufacturing process ranging from punching to laser cutting, turning to electro-discharge machining and injection moulding to vacuum forming. We have used all the manufacturing processes in our various products over the past years. Tolerance and Accuracy in each manufacturing process plays an important role in the final product outcome, we focus and mainly spend much time in initial setup to avoid quality issues.

We have our own machine shop and vendors both in UK and ASIA equipped with modern state-of-art machine tools, where we have developed close relationships to ensure the quality and effective communication. Design data are converted into appropriate manufacturing drawings to industrial standards and as codes to keep the time-line short for the manufacturing process.

We always look for ways to lower costs and improve efficiency in product manufacturing and assembly process. We can accommodate small to medium volume production runs through to high volume manufacturing.
