A Prototype is a “Handmade” model of the original product. Prototype enables the designers to visualise, test and to tune the design parameters for improving the appearance and performance of the product.

We love this stage because our designers and concept developers get a chance to touch and feel the product for the first time after the design process. A prototype can be delivered just by using a bunch of plain white paper or by using advanced CNC machines; this always depends on the type of product and budget allocated.

Modern technology has played an important role in prototyping which includes 3D printers, SLS, SLA and FDM. We also use traditional methods and craftsmanship to achieve the required output. Some of the traditional methods are casting, vacuum forming, vertical machining and sheet metal fabrication.

We highly recommend that prototypes are made and tested a number of times before going into the final production line in order to continually improve the user experience and Quality.
